I just wanted to tell you I'm absolutely thrilled at how Number1direct has managed my order! Amazing! First I order the icemaker, then had to cancel it and then ultimately re-instate it...and customer service was with me every step of the way, and in real time no less! Usually online ordering is so much more impersonal...you have no idea who you're talking with and what's happening...and you wait, wait, wait...have been there ""in-person"" the whole time!
