I'm not sure if they are lazy or uneducated in their business or just plain don't care. I'm with the person about the waiting, and the other person with the no communication or response from them. Everyone has email, they just don't respond with any information if they respond at all. My real estate agent has worked with them before. When she heard the name of the title company she hoped it was the one in Ocala. She said the Tampa branch was a nightmare. Sure enough, we are dealing with the Tampa branch. Still waiting. No problems on our end, just waiting for New House Title Company in Tampa. I was supposed to close today. I have no idea when or if I will ever close.
