I was introduced to the president of the company, Alexander Villegas, through one of our realtors about a year ago. He proposed that his company, and partner law firm, handle our short sale negotiations. Shortly after, our real estate team was introduced to PCS through an education seminar they had given to our real estate team.
Needless to say, they have gotten every one of our short sales approved. Their fastest time was just under 2 weeks, while their longest took a mere 4 months. We have all been very impressed by their work ethic and dedication.
I will continue to push our agents to use PCS as their short sale negotiators and would encourage other agents and homeowners to take advantage of their services.
