Single dad with two children ages 5 & 7. Lost my desire for life and my body is in the same boat. We are on a budget but I knew I had to do something. Found a pamphlet on door yoga. Decided to try it out hoping I would go. Well after 6 months my life and body changed. I have new friends at the center who are very understanding and always seem to have time for me. The most important thing is I love myself and my children. This is relax and feel good yoga.
