What a joy it was to taste authentic Barbecue, cooked slowly over hickory on a wood smoker. Don't let the drive through appearance fool you. Under that giant Pink Pig sign on the roof is a wonderful, friendly, family that makes their own sauces. There are always new additions to the menu. No fried foods here, just honest to goodness freshly smoked meats. If they don't have it on the menu, they will explain to you how to get it there. You must try the white sauce on their Texas style Beef Briskett. Their giant stuffed potatos are what we originally came for.
