Any reviews which refuse to identify themselves either in the email address or in the body of the review must be suspect. Obviously, this is John Brandt's response to the vicious and unfactual ""reviews"". The three ""reviews"" are filled with what I would deem lies. I do not make guarantees of saving anyone money, although, it has happened many, many times. You just can't promise anything until you know what the details are and then only if they have given you factual data. I don't blame the old accounting firm for problems. I do have staff work on accounts and are billed at staff rates, not at my rates! This too is intended to hurt my professional reputation in my opinion. These people are not reputable people.
