I've lived in Orange County, California for the past 7 years and travel every 12-18 months to see Gila for my glasses. I always rely on her input. I have had glasses she has picked out for me straight from a rep?s case (that was fun!)
When I walk in, she lines up a dozen or so frames along her forearm and we sit down to try them all. Gila listens to my input ... such as, I want a bright color, or white frames, or something fun, or classic, etc. but I always rely on her opinion for my final decision.
She is blunt and honest in the delivery of her opinions, but believe me, if she says a frame is not right for you ... it?s not right for you. In addition, she always writes my second-choice frames on my file, just in case I need to use my FSA at the end of the year.
I don?t like having to wear glasses all of the time, but I figure if you have to wear them ... then wear a pair that make you look good and feel good. My glasses make ?my look? and I have Eye Society and Gila to thank. I have recommended them to friends and family ... and I highly recommend them to you.
