I hate to do this - but I've called them four times and still nothing is resolved. I've explain my problem three times to two different people and they never call back.
I send my mother flowers for Christmas, but they never arrived. No explanation from House of Flowers... I also sent two flower arrangements to my brothers family. They were arrangements that were FTD advertised, but both bother families received a single pointsetta (sp?) plant instead of the pictured arrangement. No call to me for ok on substitution? NOT a good way to run a business.
I know stuff happens, but the store refuses to call me back to explain, and talk about refunding the cost.
