The people who work there - a couple - have no customer services skills whatsoever. Plus, it's a rip-off. I only got one photo printed and it was more than two dollars. I later discovered that I could've done the same thing at CVS for about twenty-five cents. Maybe it's good for big jobs, but for simple things, it's not worth it.
