I went as a beginner in pilates and I am now a huge fan of both pilates and Studio Lotus! The one on one instruction is a great way to learn proper form and the instructors continually push you to help you get the max out of your workout. The workouts are also personalized for the goals you have and what is best for your body. I love everyone there and the atmosphere is great! Also, I highly suggest you check out active core. It does wonders!
