It is really amazing that this surgical center has gotten a four star review considering what one of their employees (Judy Hendrix) did to my Uncle (Joseph M. ""Joe"" Pickard)! My Uncle Joe who is now 71 years of age, and visited the riverside surgery Center in Dyersburg, Tn. on December 10, 2010 to have his scheduled colonoscopy done. The colonoscopy went well as my uncle is in good shape and good health for his age. Upon leaving the clinic, Ms. Judy Hendrix, an employee of Riverside Surgery Center, charged my Uncle Joe 1000.00 cash for the colonoscopy which he paid in cash that day. My Uncle Joe has good insurance through his employer of nearly 40 years, and his insurance is on file at the Riverside Surgery Center. On December 13, 2010 my uncle's brother, Charles Pickard, and ""Kay"", an office employee at my uncle's workplace, contacted the rRverside Surgery Center demanding an explanation and a full refund of the 1000.00 in what we feel was an attempted theft by Judy Hendrix. Well nearly 2 months have passed, and the Riverside Surgery Center in Dyersburg, Tn. still has not refunded my uncle's 1000.00! Riverside Clinic, Dyersburg can you spell legal action?
