After two unsuccessful telephone attempts to reach management and two visits one month apart, I had to write to warn patrons not to buy mostly unfilled cannoli. I assessed two star rating due to good flavor of filling and friendly service, however, the entire middle of the cannoli shell was empty on both occasions. I thought it was a fluke (i.e. new employee) after first try but after second try with same results, realized that this was Paolo's idea of a cannoli and having been born into a family of Italian bakers know with 150% certainty that there should be no hollow areas of a cannoli. Very disappointing!!!
