I am a busy mom and total exercise slacker. I decided it was time for me to start taking care of myself and started taking classes at Barry's 4 months ago. Because my time is limited I wanted to find something where I got a full and complete workout in a short amount of time. This is the workout for me - it's 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training - perfect! I have attempted working out by myself or at a gym in the past but I never feel like I really get anything out of it because I'm not motivated, I don't know what I'm doing and I'm a total slacker. But at Barry's I leave knowing that I got a great workout - the best workout you can get in 60 minutes. It's been 4 months and I have lost 4 pounds of fat and gained 4 pounds of muscle - I know this because they bring someone in every few months to offer hydrostatic body fat testing. My results are great so far - my clothes feel great, I know I look so much better - and I feel so much healthier and stronger. I love Barry's Bootcamp!
