I am usually hesitant to take group classes but this one is seriously the best I've EVER been to! The instructors are always friendly and take time to get to know you. If you have an injury of any kind, they are very informative of what exercises to stay away from. They push you to go as fast as you can but don't make you feel bad if you can't go any faster. I've worked out regularly since I was very very young and nothing has toned and defined my body as much as these classes.
