Passing through WV I made the mistake of deciding to get my hair done. Upon arrival, I was taken aback by the lack of professionalism. The employees were gossiping about every customer who came and went and even ones who called to ask simple things such as directions. The girls were more interested in discussing latest small town gossip then doing my hair. Aside from the rudeness to those who were not present, the girls were nice to me of course. But it made me wonder what things they said about me when I called for directions and when I left.
