Admittedly, I had high expectations, but when you spend $160 on dinner, I think you are entitled to high expectations.
The good: we were seated immediately for our Saturday night reservation. The food ingredients were high quality. Ambiance is really nice. Everyone is very professional.
The bad: didn't meet our server until 2 tables that came in after us had their wine and had ordered dinner, and that required a trip to the hostess stand. Steak a full temp under-cooked. Lobster was really over-cooked. Dessert came out without our coffee for several minutes. Our biggest grievance was the inattentiveness of our server and the fact that managers knew there were issues but only did the minimum to resolve those issues.
