Crossfit Winston Salem turned me into an athlete. They taught me how to eat good food, become mentally tough, and do large amounts of hard work-- over and over again. I lost 5% body fat, got (a LOT!) more fit, and learned an appreciation for living the way I was meant to live; healthy, honest, and strong. They will be your friends, your supporters, your coaches, they will hold you accountable, (they will downright get in your face!), and they will do the work alongside you. Crossfit Winston Salem is not a place for folks who don't want to change, push themselves, and get better, but it is a place for everybody.
