Where should I begin? This bakery messed up almost everything that they could've messed up. They were specifically told to use whipped cream instead of butter cream which they assured me they could do. When we got the cake there was half an inch of buttercream all over it, with whipped cream underneath. They were given a specific saying to write on the cake and they decided they would improvise, adding words, leaving out others. They used a different color writing than they said they were going to. The cake tasted like a dry sponge and the filling was terrible. What a waste!
