This gym has a nice layout, and that's as far as it goes.
Management runs this gym very poorly because it is located in an affluent area and they think their sole responsibility is taking people's money.
The membership ""salespeople"" just pressure you to sign up like you're buying a car and don't even look the slightest eager to assist you. I came in to sign up, the representative tells me 150 initiation fee and 15 dollars for the 3 days left in the month, when the new month starts I'd have to pay an additional 60. That is absurd when there are another 4 gyms in a 5 mile radius and not a single one charges even close to this one. For the money its not worth it. The pool is very small compared to the other gyms, life guards are rarely there so it is often closed. There is very little staff and the weights are always out of order and hard to find.
Management needs to pick up and consider implementing some customer service.
