We purchased a 50 inch Panasonic Viera television in October 2009 in January the television died, we contacted Paul's they told us to contact Panasonic who in return told us to contact their contracted repair service. The television has been in the shop for 2 and 1/2 weeks with no sign of the repair being complete. They cannot get the parts from Panasonic. I have contacted Pauls to help with the situation and was told today that since I did not purchase their extended warranty there is nothing they can do to help me, I then called back and spoke to the manager who gave me an analogy that ""some people die at birth and some smoke and drink and live forever"". REALLY, Im not sure what this has to do with the fact that I spent 1650.00 in their store and 3 months later they will do nothing to help. We have always purchased our televisions at Paul's but never had any issues with the sets. You can be sure that in the future we will NEVER do business with them again.
