Very poor service. The bill service period is incorrect, the customer service rep has a different bill service period compared to what the bill mentions. Meter readings are noted carelessly and always overrated, you have to argue with them since the customer service lady, Theresa makes no effort to understand the problem and cuts you off every single time you try to say something. It is owned by the developer and therefore it is a monopoly, billing customers so high with higher service rates which are unaccounted for. They should be shut down or a competitor should be allowed to enter in.
