Hello, I'm the owner of Steele Creek Tire & Service Center. We are a very busy shop known for our Superior Customer Service and Quality Auto Repairs. As the owner, I try to satisfy each customer as if they were a family member. In recent months, the cost of repairing a vehicle has gone up sharply and we always try to give the best possible prices to our customers. There are times when things don't go as planned. In these cases, our door is always open and we always do what is RIGHT! I don't understand why customers choose to write negative and sometimes false statements about our service facility, but they do.
