Just about the worst, absolute worst experience dealing with management. The person I dealt with belittles employees and customers alike, talks about ""kicking employees asses"" for selling his inferior products, ""reaming them"", etc. He is dismissive to legitimate and long-standing (now ex) customers as well. Completely transactional in his style with employees, uses threat of punishment and loud bullying as blunt leadership instrument... Still, employees were consummate professionals, doing their best to reverse/ minimize the negative impact this guy has to his business just by showing up to count the money.. The employees at this store are some of the nicest, most helpful, courteous and caring professionals in the business, but the bald guy and the loudly obnoxious guy maned Mike have NO business anywhere near customers. Let's shut 'er down, Mike, before your name is villified all over San Jose for running a business like this. Innapropriate, and unacceptable, given the rich resources of consummate professionals who actually like what they do at the store, what an incredible waste
