This was the aboslute worst company I've ever dealt with! We hired them to deliver oil this morning around 10:00am. They were about middle ow the road cost/per gallon. I gave them my debit information, which them ran right away for a full tank of oil. Then about 3pm my husband received a voicemail saying they couldn't help us and we should us another company. When I called to figure out what happened the dispatch manager was so rude. I explained to him that I understand things get mixed up somethimes but they had already debited the money out my account. And since we were almost on empty and had $1000 floating in oil space I asked him to help me and either please deliver oil today or tomorrow or return my money. He said there was nothing he could do (rudley) and told me to call m bank. I was so upset, he even had me crying on the phone! I will NEVER EVER use this company again, and I suggest you all do the same!!!
