I can't give this provider no stars, wish I could. The guy Ed is very sarcastic and rude. When the internet is bad and that is pretty much every hour or so it fluctuates and I lose connection completely at times. When the internet does not work at all I call his cell phone which is the only customer service # and his mailbox is full. So that means no customer service. He always has an excuse as to why it's not working. ""Oh the guy that was supposed to fix it is sick and I couldn't have him up on the tower throwing up all over the place"" ""We are waiting on UPS to deliver a part"" The UPS excuse was about one week ago. The internet ping will go from 60 to 2000. You gamers out there know how important it is no not lose connection completely like when you are on round 20 in Black Ops Zombies, you pretty much played for nothing. Anyway enough of my complaining...I am happy to say after 2 years of this terrible service and being scared to call him because he is so mean I have finally found another provider that is WOW way better 3X's the speed on UPLOAD and DOWNLOAD. This guy Ed never should have started this company if he couldn't invest more time and money into making it actually work. I hope he goes out of business!
