We have bought several cakes from Icing on The Cake. Our biggest complaint was the cakes are always dry. At first we wondered if it had something to do with the flavor we selected, so we tried other flavors...dry, dry, dry...to the point that the cake crumbled as it was sliced. At least half the time the instructions were not followed, such as frosting color or design. The customer service is terrible. The people we tried to discuss the problems with were disinterested and didn't even appologize. I've known others who have had the same problems. We won't be ordering from this bakery anymore.
