My daughter and her bridal party went there last summer for a scheduled series of appointments the morning of her wedding. We knew there was a limited staff as many stylists were out of town for a meeting but were assured that would be no problem. We arrived for our 8:30 AM appointment and the two stylists were working on another bridal party! There was also a poor unsuspecting customer there for some type of service and she was stuck in the thick of the mess. They did not start the bride until 9:30. We needed to be back at the hotel at 11:00 for prewedding photos and luckily were in 2 cars. My daughter and 2 bridesmaids were 1 hour late for photos the rest of her attendants, 1.5 hrs late. There was not even time for the bride's makeup by the ""salon"". The stylists were doing the best they could but it was clear that Carla had overbooked the day knowing full well that she did not have the staff. It was the most stressful start to what should have been a fun filled prewedding morning. As the mother of the bride, I went last and basically just had my sides pulled up and some hair spray applied. Nine months later it still bothers me. This place may be fine for individual service but do not count on them for a bridal party. We sure were disappointed.
