I dropped off my snow blower off on December 27, 2010 because the baron broke. I figured I would have it serviced while it was in there. It is now February 5, 2011 and I still do not have my snow blower back yet. I have called several times and their ?waiting on a part.? The guy I talk to is very cocky and sarcastic. They have had the snow blower 6 weeks and its still not fixed? Waiting on a part? Are you kidding me? PATHETIC!!! I?m done with this place they suck. I tried to go to the local small guy to keep business within the town, but I should have just gone to one of the big guys (Sears, Lowe?s). I?ll never go to Canton Power Equipment again??they SUCK!!!
