The rooms are quiet and clean. We enjoyed the sunset from our balcony tremendously !! Chef Bret Saign carefully prepares homemade, locally grown cuisine such as pan seared trout,fruit wood smoked ribs and hand cut steaks with infused demi-glaces. We enjoyed the full bar and wine list surrounded by Capital Reef and the stunning Boulder Mountain Plateau. This quintessential Torrey, Utah restaurant has vaulted ceilings, two stone fireplaces and is decorated in arts and craft style that invites the spectacular landscape in through the huge picture windows.
