I've been a longstanding customer of Brooks and know their San Francisco and Boston (Newbury St) stores well. While the larger stores are great, the Peabody branch has very little selection in women's clothing. In addition, some of the staff here, particularly the old timers, are mediocre, unlike Brooks staff elsewhere. They don't know the line and can be unhelpful and indifferent. Customers seem to have caught on because the store is frequently empty in an otherwise thriving mall. If you're shopping women's clothing, I strongly recommend heading into Newbury St. Boston for much better selection, knowledgeability, and service all around. Brooks is still my all-time favorite source for classic and well made winter sweaters.
