Jan. 25th bought a 2007 Tundra. Dub Richardson had it over a month. Truck came with only 1 set of keys and they knew it. Inspection showed it didn't have a master key either. No attempt to replace it or furnish a second set of keys.
Upon making the offer, I offered full advertised price and requested a second set of keys. The sales manager ""offered to sell"" me a second set at the low low price of only $295.00.
They also only charge $299.00 to take your money and hand you a title. Reasonable fees are acceptable, this is not.
At some point in this dealerships relationship with the truck, a decision was made to ""sell"" and profit greatly from a missing set of keys. My local dealer fixed me up for $105.00.
Dub Richardson Toyota redefines cheapness. They have set the bar lower than most dealers can compete with.
