My mother had shopped at this store many decades ago when I was an infant. So, when she had a granddaughter, she purchased a convertible crib there so her granddaughter could stay with her. Well, now that she is three, we called and asked how to convert the crib into a toddler bed. The people at Karl's told us that to convert the crib into a toddler bed, we would have to purchase a kit that costs as much as the crib itself. This store is not what it used to be. Poor customer service and misleading sales will keep me away from there.
