Love the studio!!! I hated having a gym membership; first of all I never went but still paid, I hated feeling dumb trying to figure out how to use the machines and felt like I wasn't using them right. Not to mention the fact that everyone there seemed to always be staring.
I have none of these problems at Studio Fitness Heights. My trainer is awesome, the people are awesome and best of all there is accountability and results. If you've been trying to loose weight or get fit on your own and have not been successful, I suggest you check it out.
