I was given the incorrect oil filter by the manager. A few weeks later I tried to change my oil and the filter would not fit. I had a spare filter luckily. I went back to the store and asked them to swap the part out for the correct filter and the lady working there refused to. We argued back and forth for almost 50 minutes, before I ended up walking out and leaving the oil filter behind. It was not worth the $10 for the amount of time and aggravation that was spent in the store. They can keep the filter and know that it cost them a good customer. While i was there I saw other people complaining about similar issues. more
