I had been in the market for a new car for a few weeks now. I started out online to get most of the pricing and comparisons laid out without a lot of legwork. I then started visiting local dealerships to get a good feel for the group of cars I was interested in. I drove five cars from different manufacturers before I stopped by Boyland Honda. Upon my arrival, I noticed a lot full of new Hondas and quite a few really nice used cars. I hadn't thought of possibly buying a used car but once I saw the quality, it could have definitely been a possibility.
Chris Williams greeted me with a warm welcome to his dealership and listened to my expectations. He worked with his managers to get me the deal I was looking for and made the transition easier than ever before. He also showed me around the dealership and introduced me to the people that would take care of the service on my new Accord. It's the little things that count!
I noticed that a good majority of online reviews were focused on the negative side of these businesses. I wanted to break the cycle and give thanks where it's due. Boyland Honda went over and above their calling for great customer service. I will be sure to recommend all of my coworkers, family members as well as members of my parish. I love my new Honda and I hope Chris is a Sales Associate there for a LONG TIME!
