I went in to O'reilly to do a return on a set of bolts that i had bought for a project car two years ago. The bolts were bought with cash and sat in the box the hole time there was no rust or any reason i could see why that they could not do the return. There excuse was that the time was to long and i would have to drive far into houston to do a return at the original location. When i asked for the number for the store i was at they would not give it to me when i asked what was the number for me to call and make a complaint he told me to call the number on the receipt but i knew this was just a trick that he was just referring to the other store number that was on the receipt. I was not pleased to be treated this way as well to be told to take this back all the way across town. I will never do business with this location again. Also the man who served me this poor service hi name is Ric and he says he is the manager. more
