If I could rate with zero stars, I would. Never been treated so rudely in any retail store. While I'm not from the River Oaks set, I did feel I deserved some respect when going to Sakowitz for a fur appraisal. I was dismissed at hand upon entry into the store by a rude man at the front desk. When I told him I wanted to leave a ""jacket"" for appraisal, he said very sarcastically ""leave it?"" I told him I would wait but they looked very busy. He said, ""Let's see it"" in the same condescending manner as his greeting. He gave me a quick unintelligble, grumbling verbal figure and I was able to leave the store as quickly as I entered. It was very humiliating. No one has the right to treat any customer with such a lack of respect. What a snob. Perhaps we should compare paychecks.
