Just to clarify things--I am not one to write a good review for no reason. I am discriminating and particular. In addition to that, I have never had laser hair removal before, so I was a bit hesitant and worried about the 'pain factor'. I have an olive complexion and sometimes lasering is challenging.
It takes a lot to get my attention, but this place demonstrated EXCELLENT service, has a great staff and top of the line equipment.
When i was researching, I discovered Romeo and Juliette and called the office. I was a bit hesitant to have laser hair removal for many reasons, potential pain was on the top of the list.
I ended up speaking the owner, Chris, who was very informative, friendly, wasn't pushy, and made me feel like this was a good choice for me. He has great credentials, experience and doesn't take his business lightly.
I arrived and the staff was efficient, friendly, helpful and the place is extremely comfortable and well run. My technician, Natalie was great.
So far, I am very pleased. I experienced almost no discomfort whatsoever and look forward to the end results
