Bought a expensive set a yr. and a half back. It has been having issues losing its memory. Not suposed to do that. It was a pricey one indeed. Serta warranteed the exchange. fVan Vreedes said value at time of purchase. So that was not disclosed up front. prices now different. They discontinued this set as well. Van Vreedes did a n exchange but charged us delivery again.NOT FAIR! Not our fault defective. I wrote about it to manager and was told its in the descrip on mattress when ya get it.(policy rules) Well how would we know that when we bought it before we saw it! it wasnt in stock. This is something they should tell you up front when you come right out and ask terms of warranty before you decide yes or No. Details baby details. have purchased many times from them Some issues on appliance and TV but handled good in previous times. This time NOT. Will go elsewhere. i dont like to be given a story that sounds all great but in reality things are kept for the fine print after the fact.
