It was a freezing night ,2 weeks ago ,when our heat pump started to make a noise that would get louder as the daylight approached. I called Team Electric about 8:30 AM and by 9:15AM our technician, Josh, arrived looked at the unit ,removed the damaged part ,proceeding to locate a replacement piece. A replacement factory part could be ordered from NC with overnight delivery, however, because the temperature was not going to improve for a few days, we opted to for a non factory part. Josh took our part to a parts distributor for a match and returned to do the installation immediately. by early afternoon our unit was efficiently and quietly running again. Thank you Josh and Team Electric for the great job. We were amazed an so pleased with the professionalism, fair pricing and speedy repair. We will recommend them to our family and friends and call them with our own future needs.
