I went to this store to buy a computer, a $500 - $1000 purchase. I was in this store for about 20 minutes looking at the computers on the shelf trying to decide what might be my best purchase. Not once did any of the staff come to see if I needed any help. I finally left. I am not going to go hunting for a salesperson when I go into a store and there are 5 to 10 sales persons just standing around gabbing. The only staff I saw helping anyone was the cashier checking a customer out and one other person on the phone at the customer service counter. Obviously, this store lost a sale. more
