I've been going to Hitch Automotive since I got my first car and it is now going on 9 years. My parents have also been going there before I could even drive. I moved out to Kenosha, Wi about a year and a half ago but if I need to bring my car in I still take it to Hitch. It's about an hour drive but then I also get to visit with my parents and I know my car will be well taken care of. I recently bought a new car because my old one, from high school, was finally getting run down. On one specific occasion my car broke down about 25 minutes from my house. I called my mom and was freaking out on the phone not knowing what to do and not really knowing many people out that way yet. She said that she was going to call Scott Hitchcock, the owner, and call me back. Scott ended up driving with my mom all the way out there, again this is a little over an hour away, to come fix my car. Scott I can honestly say I don't know of any other mechanics that would do that for one of their customers. Thank you so much! This a great group of people working there. I would recommend Hitch Automotive to anyone out there and I will continue to take that extra drive just to get my car worked on because you can't find a more loyal family owned shop like this one!
