My wife and two children were looking for an activity to help us become physically fit and bond as a family. We found all that and more at Mu Do Martial Arts in Garland. Grandmaster Park and Instructor Daniel Lee work very hard to help us master techniques and learn the various aspects of Tae Kwon Do. They help my wife and I become more flexible and our sons become stronger. We highly recommend this school for anybody at any age and any physical ability who wants to improve their life! We've been with the school for four years and are all now 1st degree Black Belts. Bottom line- this is a great place for families to work together and bond together.
