I called Discount Septic Tank because they were the first I found in the phonebook. When I first called they would be coming Monday, then it changed to Tuesday. I called Monday to confirm the time so my landlord would have a heads up to be at my house and the woman was gone but i talked to a man who assured me they would be here at 10am. Well Tuesday morning I call as I have arranged to stay home all day and she tells me she has filled every spot for today they won't come until Wednesday?? Well there was 2 people who had made arrangements for today based on her word. Needless to say I hung up and called Kemp's and was much more satisfied with customer service! Don't be fooled by Ads!
