I left a voice mail for Don last Monday after my refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling. He contacted me about an hour later and said that he'd be arriving shortly to fix the problem. Within an hour or so, he had not only arrived but had already diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed the unit. It's been running great since then.
Don was not only prompt but also very knowlegeable and courteous during the service call. Based on my recent experience, I would have no reservations about reccommending his services to others with similar appliance problems.
