Last week, I had my car serviced at your dealership and I wanted to inform you that I was extraordinarily pleased with the service that I received. I found the service personnel to be friendly and welcoming. This started with the gentleman who greeted me when I drove my Honda CR-V up to the service bay. I was greeted warmly by Mike Quinn and Greg Trower. I do not live near any particular Honda dealership. I have tried many other Honda dealerships; and I can say that your dealership made me feel like you wanted to service my car. It's the little things that you do - soft pretzels, USA today, rental car arrangement, complimentary car wash, the phone calls to update me about the status of the work and when it is completed and many more. I find that this type of customer care is rare these days - a lot of people talk about delivering it, but Mike Quinn's group actually delivers it.
