I bought a groupon for laser hair removal at Glow Spa for my young sister and our experience with them has been terrible! Not only has the treatment been worthless (very minor reduction in hair growth), the receptionist is the rudest person I've ever spoken with! Considering the fact that she is representing Glow to customers, I'm appalled that she believes she can hang up on customers (yes, she hung up on me when I called to make an appointment for my sister). Anytime my sister went in for a session, they refused to give her an appointment for anytime within the 6-8 week hair regrowth cycle period. As a matter of fact, when she went in for her 4th treatment, they told her the only available appointment date would be 3 months in the future because they were "busy". However, this did not keep them from announcing another groupon deal the next week with "appointments available" for the newer Groupon owners. How unprofessional is that? The receptionist refused to let me speak with the owner (Saima) whom I had to speak with the last time to get an appointment scheduled.
I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!
