My girlfriend and I bought new smartphones last month from this location. We anticipated a better deal but were satisfied overall with the price. I can't fault a salesman for trying to maximize his commission but Jesus poured it on a bit thick. Along with a fellow employee, they tried convincing us that our phones absolutely needed a car charger because the batteries wouldn't last through an 8 hour workday of standby time - even with GPS active and average usage, our Droid Incredibles are just fine. Jesus also pushed a lame accessory pack of $10 earbuds, basic case and the "absolutely necessary" car charger for over $50. I had an appointment later that evening and needed to wrap up our purchase. Jesus disappeared as we stood at the counter. After ten minutes, I asked his co-worker if we were done. She reviewed our paperwork and as we exited, saw Jesus helping another customer at a separate counter. "You're welcome" for the commission! Addressing any final questions or thanking us for our purchase would have been nice, instead of ditching us like a couple fools. It's so much easier to order from Verizon's website. more
