Mr. Sanzo and I agreed on a total cost for the project, which we both signed and I paid Mr. Sanzo over half the total cost to get the job started. Five days after I payed Mr. Sanzo, (remember no work has been performed), I receive an email from Mr. Sanzo telling me the job was mis-quoted and gives me a substantial increase in the newly received quote.
