I went and had my colon hydrotherapy today and the experience was marvelous. I was slightly skeptical about having this done at first because i thought it would be painful. After speaking with Valerie, I knew this was something i had to do. She explained the entire process and benefits of the procedure. The process is mostly self driven. i was in the room alone for majority of the time, allowing the machine and gravity to do the work while i was in a calm relaxed state. Valerie would check on me and did a wonderful job of coaching me in the beginning before i got my body to fully relax. She is a nurturing, kind, professional person and once you meet her, you will love her!
My advice is to speak with her about your medical history over the phone before coming in because some conditions prevent you from being a candidate for the hydrotherapy (i.e. pregnancy within the last year)
Also, wear socks because you will remove your shoes before entering the treatment area.
Good Luck! If you're anything like me, you will walk away feeling so much lighter and rejuvenated! I still feel like i can go out and run a marathon right now! and you'll wonder how your body even functioned with all that trapped GARBAGE!
